Cooking method
- Brew the coffee the usual way, then let it cool. Chill the cream a little and sweeten it lightly with powdered sugar or plain sugar. Take two glasses, about 300 ml (10 oz) each, and add a scoop of ice cream to each (plain vanilla works best). Drizzle the ice cream with chocolate syrup, then carefully pour in the chilled coffee. Top each glass with a generous tablespoon of whipped cream and finish with a sprinkle of crushed hard candy (just pulse the candies in a blender). And there's your iced coffee — ready to serve with breakfast. Enjoy, and share it with the people you love!
