And then everything is simple. Quince (ripe, beautiful) peel and seeds, cut it into pieces. We put it in a deep bowl and fill it with water.
Cook under a closed lid until the fruit softens. Then we wipe the quince through a sieve. Now we need to determine how much syrup we need. To do this, we weigh the resulting worn mass. And we prepare the syrup at the rate of 1 tbsp. water and 1 tbsp. sugar per 1 kg of mass. You can use the water in which the quince was cooked.
Pour syrup over our mass and add ½ teaspoon of citric acid. Now you need to boil the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, trying not to burn the jam.
After that, we put them in jars in a warm form. Cool to room temperature, cover with parchment or cellophane. It is better to store jam in a cold place, for example in the basement or in the refrigerator.
The treat is ready! With such sweet food, you can eat an ordinary loaf, but it will seem that you are eating an amazing and incredible dish!
