Another coffee recipe called Raspberry Truffle Latte. Coffee is "food for the brain." It stimulates brain activity, relieves depression and creates a good mood. And Raspberry truffle is also unusual in taste, because it combines fruit and chocolate flavor. Believe me, based on the coffee smell, these two ingredients sound absolutely new.
We make coffee of any kind, the one that you like the most. Put three teaspoons of ground coffee on 180 ml of water and bring to a boil, stirring continuously. If you want the coffee to be more fragrant, then put a few grains of salt in it, and bring it to a boil three times, each time removing the turk from the fire. In a separate bowl, mix the finished coffee with chocolate and raspberry syrups. To mix everything well, you can beat the mixture with a whisk. We pour coffee with syrups into cups. We put a spoonful of ice cream, coffee or chocolate in each cup - it doesn't matter, but you should remember that depending on your choice, one or another taste will increase. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate or cocoa powder.
Serve on the table with fresh raspberries and mint sprigs.
