Cooking method
Boil chicken breasts in salted water until fully cooked. After we take them out with a slotted spoon, we throw them into a colander so that the excess liquid flows. Then cut into small strips, pepper and salt, if necessary. Canned beans are heated in a frying pan in a small amount of vegetable oil. Cut the avocado into four parts, get rid of the bone and sprinkle the pulp with lemon juice so that it does not turn black. We warm up tortillas, lay them out on the table and put them on each layer: canned beans, chopped chicken meat, avocados taken out with a spoon. Now lightly sprinkle everything with lemon juice. We coat the avocado with salsa on top, put a lettuce leaf, and a little sour cream on it. Tortillas are immediately wrapped and served to the table. It is important that our food does not soften, so it is better not to store it for a long time, but to eat it immediately.
