Cooking method
- Start by pouring 200 milliliters of boiled water (cooled to room temperature) over the gelatin and letting it sit for an hour. Meanwhile, juice the oranges with a juicer. Coarsely chop the leftover orange peels and cover them with a liter of filtered water. Set the pot of orange peels over medium heat, bring to a boil, and cook for 10–12 minutes. Take the pot off the heat, strain it, and cool it to about 120°F (50°C). Stir the sugar and the prepared gelatin into the liquid and bring the mixture to a boil. Add the orange juice, stir, and remove from the heat. Pour the jelly into molds and refrigerate overnight. By morning your dessert is ready to enjoy!
