Step-by-step cooking
Peel the berries from the sepals, gently rinse, dry. In a special bowl, pour out all the berries, cover them with sugar and wait until the juice appears.
Put the berries and juice to cook on low heat; stir periodically with a wooden spatula until the sugar completely dissolves in the juice. Immediately after that, we increase the heating intensity and cook for 20-25 minutes without a break. Do not forget to remove the foam. It is with them that pollution and accidental garbage come out. (I confess, I ate this delicious thing as a child). About five minutes before the end of cooking, add citric acid. It is needed so that the jam does not get candied.
Pour hot into steamed jars and twist. The duo is ready.
