I suggest you taste the soup, the culinary recipe of which I once found in a magazine.
Do not ignore this recipe even if you do not really like broccoli. Pine nuts will play a role in this dish that you will not be able to tear yourself away from the soup. Cooking soup is easy!
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan and add garlic and onion there. Cook for 8-10 minutes until soft, stirring occasionally. 2 cups of water should be boiled in a saucepan. Add the frozen broccoli and bring it to a boil. Next, mix with broth, garlic and onion. Bring these ingredients to a boil, then reduce the heat and cover with a lid, continuing to cook for another 15-20 minutes until the cabbage becomes soft. In parallel, at the same time, heat a medium-sized frying pan over medium heat. Add pine nuts there and fry them until golden brown for 3-4 minutes, stirring them occasionally. Add the nuts to the soup. Next, you will need to turn the soup into a homogeneous puree using a blender or similar tool, then add salt and pepper to taste. Put the pan on a slow fire and warm it up for 5-8 minutes. The food is ready to eat! You can add cream, cheese, sour cream to broccoli soup with pine nuts. We wish you a pleasant appetite!
