Step-by-step cooking
We start the process by whipping yogurt with sour cream in a mixer (sour cream can be safely replaced with skimmed milk in the same amount). Yes, it is better to take yogurt without any additives in the form of fruits and even without sugar. It's good if you have a yogurt maker and you can make it yourself. Now salt the resulting mass, add chopped garlic and pepper. Gently stirring, pour in the vegetable oil in a thin stream. Now we also send diced cucumbers here (you can rub them on a grater, it's not scary) and dill greens. We put it in the refrigerator for a while. When it's time to serve the soup on the table, add chopped nuts to the dish.
