In general, in Asian countries, sherbets, although they are sweet, are very welcome even among adults. In principle, sherbet can be made from any kind of fruit or berries.
Sherbet is a soft drink of Tajik cuisine, rich in vitamins and trace elements, and if you cook fruit sherbet for your children, at least three times a week, the vitamin complex is provided to you. Grape sorbet will surely appeal to sweet lovers. To do this, we thoroughly wash the grapes. You can take any grape variety for this culinary recipe, depending on which one is available, but red grape sorbet looks very beautiful and tempting. Then we lower it into water (0.25 liters) and bring it to a boil, blanch for 1-2 minutes, and then cool and squeeze the juice. Mix it with the broth and filter through a strainer. Mix sugar with water (0.5 liters), bring to a boil, boil over high heat until it thickens. Then pour our broth into the resulting syrup and bring it to a boil again. Sherbet can be boiled for 2 minutes on low heat. We serve our grape sorbet chilled, with any food. Enjoy your meal!
