Cooking method
Loya Ash is the name of the Kyrgyz lamb soup with beans, vegetables and herbs. I recommend applying this culinary recipe and trying real Oriental food. Moreover, this is a very tasty, nutritious and healthy soup.
Before you start cooking Loya Ash, you need to prepare the beans. This is best done in the evening. So, in the evening we will soak the beans in water so that it becomes soft.
The next day we will wash and peel the lamb from the films, cut it into pieces. Next, peel and chop onions, garlic, carrots and tomatoes.
Put oil in a frying pan, heat it up and fry the meat a little. After the meat, we throw the vegetables into the pan and simmer all together for about 15 minutes.
Next, put everything in a saucepan, pour water, add beans and cook over low heat. The dish will be ready when the beans are cooked. The cooking time of beans can be different and depends on its quality, variety, age, etc.
15 minutes before the soup is ready, add sliced potatoes to it.
When Loya Ash is cooked, you need to add herbs and sour cream to it, and immediately serve hot on the table.
