Cooking method
This recipe was given to me by a friend of mine who visited China and who tried this food from Chinese cuisine prepared by professional chefs. Without thinking twice, she asked her friend for a culinary recipe for this divine dish. Then, upon her arrival, we decided to try to cook it. First we boiled the noodles and cooled them under cold running water. Finely chopped garlic and ginger. A smaller part of these products were put in a mortar, a little sea salt was added and all this was well ground. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Then a crushed garlic-ginger mixture was added to the chicken fillet, culinary wine and sweet sauce were poured in. after that, the pickled chicken was put in a frying pan with hot oil and began to fry. After frying, put the finished meat in a bowl. Then the remaining ginger and garlic were fried in the same pan. We added coarsely chopped mushrooms in advance, poured soy sauce to taste, put half-cooked chicken, and added 1 tbsp. l. black vinegar. Then they added sliced leeks, cucumber slices, noodles, pickles from onions and carrots. And at the end of cooking a little mint leaves.. The noodles were put on plates and served to the table hot. Hawkin noodles are ready! Bon appetit!
