Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 15 min
For the first time I cooked Georgian soup according to the recipe of the famous T.P.Sulakvelidze, who wrote such a good book about Georgian cuisine. I couldn't wait to taste this food, and I decided to cook it for dinner. I started by washing the brisket and slicing it into 40-50 g pieces. I filled the pot with water and put it on the stove. Then I added shredded meat there and cooked for about one hour. Having cleaned the rice, washed it under running water 2 times and put everything in the broth. Onion peeled and finely chopped. I put a little butter in the pan and fried the onion. Then I put hops-suneli, tomato paste, fried onions, salt and tkemali in the broth first. I turned down the heat a little and cooked for one hour. After that, I peeled the red pepper and crushed the garlic. Finely chopped parsley, mixed it with garlic and red pepper, and added to the broth. At the end of cooking, I salted the soup and poured it into portions. All my family liked my cooking, try it and you.
Chop red pepper and garlic. Finely chop the parsley, combine with red pepper, garlic, mix thoroughly and add to the broth.
Add salt to the finished soup. Pour into portions, sprinkle each with chopped herbs.
