Cooking method
I adore all kinds of pastas and consider it a truly Italian invention. This is gourmet food, so to speak. But one day I was struck by a culinary recipe that I read in the book "American cuisine". At the heart of this dish is a very healthy asparagus and, of course, turkey, beloved by many and me. So, I want to introduce you to the dish that today I will cook pasta with asparagus and turkey.
I salt and pepper the turkey fillet, sprinkle a little vinegar and add olive oil. Then I fry the meat on the grill. After roasting, I cut it into thin strips. I put a pan of water on the gas, salt it and boil the pasta in it. When the pasta is almost ready, I add asparagus and cook it to full readiness. Then I drain the water. Sprinkle the pasta with olive oil and add the fried meat. I mix everything that I got. I season it with black pepper and serve it rather to the table so that it does not have time to cool down.
This dish is prepared very quickly and at no extra cost. Well, the taste can only be envied. Feel free to try cooking, and your family will be very happy to have such a dinner.
