Cooking method
Cheese soup with celery becomes a frequent guest on our table when we feel that we desperately need vitamins. After all, celery is a recognized champion in the amount of vitamins! Therefore, this culinary recipe, like all recipes with celery, is definitely included in the list of our most favorite family recipes, although the hassle with it is more than with ordinary cheese soup. First you need to cut the onion and celery into cubes. Then, in a large saucepan in which we will cook the soup, heat the oil, put the chopped greens there and pass them before they acquire a beautiful light golden color. After that, add the cider to the pan and set the timer for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, add the pre-cooked vegetable broth and finely chopped parsley to the pan. Cover with a lid and leave on low heat for 20 minutes. While the broth with greens is coming, I'm busy with apples. It is better to peel the apple, remove the core and cut into small slices. Preheat the grill pan, grease the apple slices with oil and lightly fry on both sides. When the 20 minutes allotted to the broth are over, the fried apples should be put in a saucepan (putting aside a few slices for decoration). Cook the soup after that for another 3-4 minutes, then add cheese, onion and seasonings. It is best to serve this soup in pre-warmed plates.Cheese soup with celery becomes a frequent guest on our table when we feel that we desperately need vitamins. After all, celery
