Cooking method
A very simple cooking recipe called "Onion soup with bacon and cheese", you will like it as soon as you try it (this is Greek cuisine). It will especially appeal to working women who are not used to spending too much time cooking. The speed of its preparation will pleasantly surprise you, and the finished food has an excellent taste that can conquer the heart of even the most capricious gourmet.
In butter, we fry finely chopped onions so that they change color and become pleasantly golden. Put pieces of bacon and a teaspoon of sage in the frying pan. Fry the bacon until it becomes crispy. Diced potatoes are placed in a saucepan with broth and cooked until tender. Then we take out the potatoes and chop them into small pieces in a combine, turning them into mashed potatoes. From time to time we add broth. We transfer the mashed potatoes into a saucepan with soup and slowly heat it up. Salt and pepper to your liking. Pour the soup-puree on plates, add our fried onion and bacon to each, as well as grated cheese. I clarify that such a soup is good to brighten up with a glass of vodka from the freezer.
