Pancakes are not dietary food, but they are very tasty! Occasionally you can treat yourself to such pancakes, especially since they have a "zest". For sure, delicious and healthy pancakes will appeal to children. The culinary recipe for making unusual pancakes from millet is quite simple.
Any housewife can cook delicious millet pancakes, first you need to dilute the yeast by adding two glasses of warm milk to a bowl. Then, pour the flour, sifting it through a sieve, and knead the dough. We put the bowl covered with a clean towel in a warm place for about an hour and a half. Let's take care of the millet, sort it out and wash it. Pour it with four glasses of milk and cook porridge. Cool the porridge and add the egg yolks, whipped with sugar and salt, mix everything. In a high bowl, combine the dough and porridge, knead well and let it come up again. Then whisk the egg whites in a separate bowl and in portions, gently stirring, we introduce them into the dough. You can bake pancakes on a hot frying pan, greased with oil, in 20 minutes. Pancakes will be even tastier if they are served with honey or jam.
