Cooking method
This culinary recipe combines products such as mushrooms and milk. Try it, it's very tasty and healthy food.
First wash and peel the mushrooms, then dry and cut into small pieces. Finely chop the onion and fry it in a frying pan with oil. It is good to add bay leaf to the frying onion. Peel and slice the potatoes. Add it to the frying pan with onions and fry for 5-7 minutes. Next, add the mushrooms to the pan and pour the broth. We cook this mixture for about 10 – 15 minutes, until the potatoes are cooked.
Pour milk and cream into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Mix boiled milk with cream and the contents of the pan in a blender. Process and get a homogeneous puree. If the puree is too thick, you need to add a little more milk.
Cut the bread and dip it in a mixture of olive oil and garlic. We put the croutons in a frying pan with heated oil and fry. Or you can fry them in the oven.
Mushroom cream soup with garlic croutons – almost ready. It remains only to pour on plates and sprinkle with black, allspice and chopped parsley. The soup is served with hot croutons.
