Cooking method
First boil the pasta in salted water. We will salt the water, and rinse the pasta.
Wash zucchini and spinach. We will remove the hard stalks of spinach, we will not need them. Peel the zucchini and cut into thin circles. Then, we will wash the basil, and peel the garlic and chop it finely.
Take a blender cup and add basil leaves, olives, garlic, lemon juice and broth to it. Add salt and black pepper. Carefully process this mixture in a blender. It turned out to be a salad dressing.
Mix all the ingredients, pour the dressing into the salad, and the salad with pasta is ready. Before serving it on the table, it's a good idea to decorate it with whole basil and spinach leaves. Enjoy your meal.
