Step 1:

We take the products for making a delicious lentil salad according to the list, my vegetables and herbs.
Step 2:

Wash the lentils several times before cooking, then fill with water based on a glass of lentils two glasses of water, and put on fire.

Cook the lentils from the moment of boiling for half an hour on low heat, covering the pan with a lid.
Step 4:

While the lentils are cooking, prepare the remaining ingredients: cut the onion into thin quarter rings.
Step 5:

Pour the chopped onion with boiling water.
Step 6:

Add vinegar to the onion in boiling water, mix and leave for 10 minutes.
Step 7:

At the end of cooking the lentils, salt it and turn off the heat after 5 minutes. The water from the lentils will boil off during this time, the lentils will be ready.
Step 8:

Put the cooked lentils in a bowl and let it cool completely.
Step 9:

Peel the sweet pepper from the core and cut into small strips.
Step 10:

Chop the greens with a knife.
Step 11:

Cut tomatoes into small cubes.
Step 12:

Cut the hard cheese into small cubes.
Step 13:

We throw the pickled onion into a colander, let the liquid drain.
Step 14:

When the boiled lentils cool down, add all the chopped ingredients to it in a bowl, salt to taste and season the salad with vegetable oil.
Step 15:

Mix the lentil salad and put it in a salad bowl or serving vases.
Step 16:

We serve a delicious and simple lentil salad, decorating it with green leaves.
