Just a fabulous jelly for weight loss (Russian cuisine), which is praised by absolutely everyone who has tried it at least once. Of course, the maximum effect is achieved when you drink it every day, while following a certain diet. If you are going to cook such a jelly for a child (which, I must say, is very, very useful), you can flavor it with a spoonful of butter – it will taste better. And add sugar. For myself, my beloved, we cook without butter and without sugar. For us, this is not food or pleasure, but a necessity.
We grind all the cereals listed in this culinary recipe in an electric coffee grinder: barley, rye, wheat, oats and bran – to flour. Now we mix everything carefully with cold water (with cold, because hot water can create lumps in the jelly, which, you will agree, we absolutely do not need). After we put the mass on a slow fire and, stirring, cook until thickened. Everything should take about seven minutes. To be precise, after boiling the water, the jelly should cook for exactly five minutes. Pour in the grated zest of one orange, mix. We remove the pan from the stove, put it in a convenient place and wrap it with a blanket. We leave it for two hours so that the jelly is properly infused.
