Cooking method
My beef, cut into pieces (so that they fit in a spoon), send it to a saucepan. Fill with water, send it to a large fire until boiling, then turn down the heating. We remove the foam with a slotted spoon. Add a whole (unpeeled) onion, celery and cilantro, pepper peas, close the lid and cook for about 2 hours.
Filter the finished broth, put the meat on a plate, the rest will not be useful to us. We send the filtered broth to the fire and let it boil again.
Peel the potatoes, cut into large pieces. We send meat and potatoes to boiling broth, boil for 20 minutes.
Carrots and the second onion are cleaned, cut: carrots - in large pieces, and onions - in cubes. We send it to the broth, salt it. Cook for 5 minutes.
Sweet pepper is cleaned from seeds, washed and cut into cubes. We also send it to the broth.
Add bay leaf, chopped garlic and fresh herbs to the almost ready shulyum.
