  • Add the ground meat to a hot skillet and break it up with a fork. Fry it in a little vegetable oil over low heat for 5-6 minutes. Peel, rinse, and finely chop the onion. Add it to the meat and cook for about 3 minutes more. Transfer the meat to a bowl and let it cool. Cook the rice, then drain it in a colander so all the water runs off. Mix the meat with the cooked rice, season with salt and pepper, and stir. The filling is ready — use it as you like!
