Step 1:
To prepare a fragrant and hearty pea soup, we prepare the necessary products and the necessary spices.
Step 2:
Under running cold water, we wash three hundred and fifty grams of peas soaked for three to five hours.
Step 3:
We put the peas in a three-liter saucepan, then pour one and a half liters of cold water into it.
Step 4:
Put the pot with peas on the stove and bring it to a boil over high heat, then remove the resulting foam.
Step 5:
We put one hundred to one hundred and fifty grams of raw smoked sausage with brisket, carrots cut into large rings in a saucepan and switching the stove to medium temperature, we continue to cook the dish.
Step 6:
After twenty-five minutes, add salt to the pan to taste and after mixing all the ingredients, turn off the stove.
Step 7:
Add fifty grams of butter to the pan.
Step 8:
Add dried herbs to the pan to taste.
Step 9:
Also add a mixture of black and red peppers to the pan.
Step 10:
Grind all the ingredients well in a saucepan with a blender.
Step 11:
Cooked a fragrant pea soup with a delicate consistency.
Step 12:
Pour the cooked soup-puree into suitable plates and serve to the table by adding herbs to taste.
