So, first of all, prepare the fish, rinse and clean it. Then lower it into the water and put the pan on the fire, and when it boils, remove the foam, add seasonings and cook until the fish is ready.
Remove the cod, strain the resulting broth, add salt and carrots (which is best cut into strips) and put it back on the gas. Cook until the carrots are semi-soft, then add the potatoes there. Then add also chopped, browned and rolled in flour onion. Now it remains to wait until the potatoes are cooked and the soup is ready. It remains only to put fish, chopped greens and sour cream in it, and serve it on the table, to the delight of the family. Yummy! Rather, invite everyone to the table!
