Cooking method
1) Add salt to the flour, gradually introduce very hot water and stir well, then add sunflower oil and knead the dough. We put it on the table and knead for about 3 more minutes . Leave for 15 minutes to lie down.
2) Add sugar and vanilla to the cottage cheese and stir well.
3) Divide the dough into two or three parts and roll out thinly, squeeze out the circles with a glass and put a teaspoon of cottage cheese in each circle, form a dumpling. Boil in boiling water for about three minutes. Serve with butter or sour cream.
