Step 1:
Mix yeast in milk with honey. Add egg, butter, salt and knead the dough. It takes 8-10 minutes to manually knead. The dough turns out soft. Cover with foil and leave in a warm place for 40-60 minutes.
Step 2:
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts. Roll out each piece into a flat cake with a diameter of 20 cm and a thickness of 2 mm. Put the tortillas on a board, greasing with oil.
Step 3:
Do not miss the last blank. A stack of tortillas is slightly crushed and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. After that, for another 10 minutes in the freezer - the oil should seize, freeze.
Step 4:
After half an hour, take out the workpiece and carefully cut it into 8 pieces. Layered triangles are obtained.
Step 5:
CAREFULLY pour soda into boiling water, as a violent reaction will follow, do not inhale vapors! When the soda dissolves, moisten each puff well on all sides with a brush or pour over a saucepan. Moisten twice.
Step 6:
Grease a baking sheet with oil and sprinkle with flour. Put the puffs on a baking sheet. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds or salt to taste.
Step 7:
Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, at a temperature of 200 degrees.
