Radish tops salad

Prepare an unusual vitamin salad! It's delicious and healthy! Lettuce from the tops is a storehouse of vitamins. Cooking this summer salad is a pleasure, as it takes a minimum of time, and the taste is excellent. You can fill the salad with olive oil or any sauce to taste.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 20 min

1. Thoroughly wash radishes and tops.

2. We cut the radish into halves of circles.

3. Chop the tops and other greens finely.

4. We clean and cut the eggs into quarters.

5. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon, cut the second into circles (or their halves) to decorate the salad.

6. Fill the salad with olive oil and lemon juice.

7. Add salt and a mixture of ground peppers to taste.

8. Decorate the salad with lemon slices and serve to the table.
