Radish Greens Salad

    1. Wash the radishes and their tops well.
    1. Slice the radishes into half-moons.
    1. Finely chop the tops and the other herbs.
    1. Peel the eggs and cut them into quarters.
    1. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon, and cut the other half into rounds (or half-rounds) to garnish the salad.
    1. Dress the salad with olive oil and lemon juice.
