- Wash the radishes and their tops well.
- Slice the radishes into half-moons.
- Finely chop the tops and the other herbs.
- Peel the eggs and cut them into quarters.
- Squeeze the juice from half a lemon, and cut the other half into rounds (or half-rounds) to garnish the salad.
