  • To make the smoothie, we need a nicely ripe banana. Peel it, cut it into rough pieces, and put it in the blender. Add the frozen berries — any kind you like best. Pour in the milk (or yogurt or kefir); if you like things sweeter, you can add a spoonful of honey. Blend the mixture, and the drink is ready!
