In order to make a smoothie, we need a well-ripened banana. We peel it and cut it into arbitrary pieces, put it in the bowl of a blender. In the same place, add frozen berries, any that you like more. And pour in milk (yogurt, kefir), who likes sweeter, you can add a spoonful of honey. Whisk the mass with a blender, and our drink is ready!
