Cloudberry fish sauce

Unusual cloudberry sauce for fish dishes! The sauce prepared according to this recipe turns out to be very tasty with a delicate sweet and sour taste, which perfectly sets off the fried fish. If you like a sauce with a more sour taste, you can add a few drops of lemon juice.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 20 min

1. We sort out the cloudberry, leaving only whole, ripe berries, remove the stalk. We wash it under running water and leave it in a sieve to drain the water.
2. Grind through a sieve until a homogeneous berry puree is obtained.
3. Pour fat sour cream into the dish, add a spoonful of honey, salt and spread the ground cloudberry.
4. We remove the sauce for a couple of hours in the refrigerator, during this time it should infuse and become even tastier.
