Cooking method
1. We sort out the cloudberry, leaving only whole, ripe berries, remove the stalk. We wash it under running water and leave it in a sieve to drain the water.
2. Grind through a sieve until a homogeneous berry puree is obtained.
3. Pour fat sour cream into the dish, add a spoonful of honey, salt and spread the ground cloudberry.
4. We remove the sauce for a couple of hours in the refrigerator, during this time it should infuse and become even tastier.
