Cooking method
Boil the eggs.
Soak gelatin in 1/2 cup of cold boiled water, hold for 30 minutes to swell.
Cut the fish and onion into small cubes.
Grate carrots, beets, eggs on a coarse grater.
Heat gelatin, but do not boil it.
You can do it in the microwave for two minutes.
Mix hot gelatin with mayonnaise or sour cream.
Next, put a layer of fish, onion, egg, carrot, beetroot in a silicone mold.
Smear each layer liberally with sour cream mixture.
It is desirable to mix the beetroot and carrot layer with the gelatin mixture, then put it in a mold.
Layers should be laid out as tightly as possible.
You can add 2-3 processed cheese.
Put the salad in the refrigerator until completely solidified.
