Herring forshmak with apple

Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Mill the herring or take the finished fillet. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, peel.
Step 2:
Cut onion into half rings, pour lemon juice and suppress a little / leave to marinate for 5 minutes /. Peel the apple, remove the core. Pour the stale loaf evenly 2-3st.l. of water, leave it to soak for a couple of minutes.
Step 3:
Load herring, apple, onion, loaf, 1 tbsp.l. vegetable oil, pepper / optional/ - chop into a blender.
Step 4:
Put everything in a bowl, add the grated eggs, mix, beating until smooth. Put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
Step 5:
Serve as a cold appetizer on black bread or crispy toast. Enjoy your meal!
Instead of vegetable, you can add 30g. soft butter, some like to add carrots, melted cheese.
