Cooking method
1. Soak the tongue for half an hour in water. Then we clean the dirt with a knife. We put the pan on the fire, as soon as it boils, drain the first water and pour it again. Cook for about 2.5-3 hours, 30 minutes before the end of cooking, add salt. We check with a knife, if it enters easily, then the meat is ready. Cool and cut it into strips.
2. Remove the film from the ham and cut into large cubes.
3. Tomatoes are washed and cut into cubes.
4. Boil the eggs, cool them in cold water. Peel and grate or finely chop.
5. Put the corn in a sieve and drain the excess liquid.
6. Cut the cheese into cubes.
Mix all the ingredients, add salt and pepper to taste. We lay out a slide and decorate with corn and pomegranate seeds.
