Magic Shoe Salad

Easy to make, sure to win everyone over, and dressed up enough for a party table — and hearty, too. It's really tasty; I love seafood, and this salad was a hit with me from the very first bite.

  • Prep all the ingredients — boil and chop everything for the salad except the fish and the herbs. Fold in the mayonnaise, mix, and shape the salad into a shoe (or any shape you like). Arrange thin slices of fish over the top and garnish with the herbs.
