Cooking method
1. Cut zucchini, bell pepper into cubes and boil (40 minutes, until tender).
2. Peel tomatoes, cut into cubes and fry in sunflower oil (5-7 minutes, until tender).
3. Onion with chili pepper cut into half rings and fry on sunflower oil (10-15 minutes, until ready).
4. Pass zucchini, tomatoes, onions through a fine mesh grinder
5. Add salt, tomato paste, sugar to the resulting mass, squeeze out garlic and beat it all with a blender until smooth.
6. After that, constantly stirring, boil over medium heat (50-60 minutes).
