    1. Melt the cocoa butter in a double boiler, then stir in the powdered sugar and powdered milk. 2. Keeping it over the double boiler, stir until smooth and add the vanilla sugar. 3. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate. 4. Once the chocolate has set (about an hour is enough), it's ready to eat. Enjoy your sweet tea time!
