Everything is very simple: spread the first lavash leaf and grease with mayonnaise (sour cream, yogurt) and put salad leaves on it (washed and thoroughly dried), pritruzit arugula, basil, green onions (who likes what). Put the second sheet of lavash on top, also lubricate with mayonnaise, sprinkle with chopped eggs, finely chopped cucumber, parsley. Add salt. Roll into a roll and cut into pieces.
