  • It couldn't be simpler: lay out the first sheet of lavash and spread it with mayonnaise (or sour cream, or yogurt), then top it with lettuce leaves (washed and thoroughly dried) and scatter over arugula, basil, and green onion—whatever you like. Lay the second sheet of lavash on top, spread it with mayonnaise too, and sprinkle with chopped eggs, finely diced cucumber, and parsley. Season with salt. Roll it up and slice into pieces.
