Cooking time: 1 h 20 min

The recipe is very simple:

- the fillet must be boiled and divided into pieces, let cool;
- spinach divided into leaves;
- wash the apple, cut into slices;
- peel the nuts, crush them slightly;
- grate cheese;
- mix oil, mustard, lemon juice, honey, salt and dried crushed garlic until smooth, let it brew a little.

Then you can either mix everything together, or put it on a dish in layers - first cover with spinach, then put all the prepared ingredients in horizontal layers tightly to each other and pour the dressing on top.
