- The recipe is very simple: Boil the chicken breast, cut it into pieces, and let it cool. Separate the spinach into leaves. Wash the apple and cut it into slices. Shell the walnuts and crush them lightly. Grate the cheese. For the dressing, whisk together the olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, honey, salt, and garlic powder until smooth, and let it sit for a few minutes. Then either toss everything together, or plate it in layers—start with a bed of spinach, then arrange all the prepared ingredients in tight horizontal layers, and drizzle the dressing over the top. The salad is ready—enjoy!
