- Finely dice the crab sticks and add the green onion, also finely chopped. Beat 2 eggs and stir the crab sticks, green onion, and cooked rice into the egg mixture. Add the starch and salt to taste. Fry in vegetable oil until golden and cooked through. Pretty tasty!
