Güllaç Milk Dessert

Cooking method

    Get the rice paper sheets ready.

    Put the milk on the stove, bring it to a boil, and add sugar to taste.

    Pour the slightly cooled milk into a shallow pan (I find that easiest) and lay a rice paper sheet into the hot milk. As the milk cools, top it up with more hot milk from the pot.

    Let it soak until soft and pliable.

    Spoon a filling of chopped walnuts onto it (mix in a little sugar if you like it very sweet).

    Roll it up like a cabbage roll.

    Arrange the rolls in a bowl.

    Pour the remaining milk over the top.

    Chill it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, and enjoy!
