Cooking method
For cooking, take a frying pan with a thick bottom, heat olive oil and butter in it. To give the oil a flavor, add garlic cloves, stand for 30 seconds and remove.
Add asparagus, peas and mushrooms, salt, pepper. Cook for 10-15 minutes, gently stirring with a spatula.
Put a generous portion of sprouted wheat grains in a bowl, flavor with tahini and pesto, pour out the contents of the frying pan, as well as finely chopped fresh herbs.
Add sesame and sunflower seeds. Sprinkle with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix it up.
As a side dish, we use boiled eggs, having previously cut them into pieces.
