Cooking method

    Grate the carrot on the large holes of a box grater. Sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil until soft.

    Run the chicken breasts through a meat grinder.

    Add the cooled vegetables, herbs, eggs, spices, and salt to the ground chicken.

    Grease a baking sheet or pan with vegetable oil. Set a glass of water in the center and shape the ground chicken into a ring around the glass. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise for the garnish.
