Herring Appetizer "Emerald Balls"

    1. Cut the herring fillet into small cubes. 2. Grate the eggs and processed cheese on the large holes of a box grater, combine them in a bowl, and mix. 3. Add the herring, butter, pepper, and salt, and mix. 4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for a few minutes. 5. Finely chop the dill. 6. With damp hands, roll the mixture into small balls. 7. Roll the balls in the chopped dill and top each with a pomegranate seed. Enjoy, and have a beautiful holiday!
