- FILLING: 1. Cut the cooked chicken breast into small cubes. 2. Add the minced garlic, sour cream, processed cheese, salt, and pepper, and mix everything together. ROLL: 3. Grate the hard cheese on the large holes of a box grater. 4. Spread the cheese out on a piece of parchment set in a pan, covering the whole surface. 5. Warm the cheese in the oven for 5 minutes, then take it out. 6. Spread the filling over the cheese, covering it evenly. 7. Carefully roll the cheese and filling up into a log. 8. Transfer the roll to a platter and let it cool. 9. Refrigerate the roll for 20 minutes. 10. Before serving, trim off the uneven ends. 11. Coat the roll with sour cream. 12. Sprinkle chopped dill over the top. 13. Arrange the mushrooms on top, securing a few with toothpicks. 14. Tuck sprigs of dill and olives along the sides of the roll. Enjoy, and happy holidays!
