Cooking method
FILLING:
1. Boiled fillet cut into small cubes;
2. Add chopped garlic, sour cream, melted cheese, salt, pepper and mix everything;
ROLL:
3. Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater;
4. Put the cheese on parchment in a mold, distribute the cheese throughout the mold;
5. Preheat the cheese in the oven for 5 minutes, remove from the oven;
6. Put the filling on the cheese, spread it all over the cheese;
7. Carefully roll the cheese with the filling into a roll;
8. Transfer the roll to a platter and let cool;
9. Put the roll in the refrigerator for 20 minutes;
10. Before serving, cut off the uneven edges of the roll;
11. Grease the roll with sour cream;
12. Sprinkle chopped dill on top;
13. Next, lay out the mushrooms, fix some mushrooms with skewers;
