Horseshoe Salad
Festive, pretty, delicious, and appetizing! This Horseshoe salad won't go unnoticed on your table.
Cooking method

Step 1:
Rinse the chicken breast, drop it into a pot of boiling water, season with salt to taste, and cook until tender. Once the chicken has cooled, cut it into cubes.

Step 2:
Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet for 2 minutes. Chop the nuts into small pieces with a knife.

Step 3:
Cut the prunes into cubes.

Step 4:
Cut the pickles into cubes as well.

Step 5:
Grate the cheese on the small holes of a box grater.

Step 6:
Finely chop the parsley with a knife.

Step 7:
In a salad bowl, combine the chicken, walnuts, prunes, and pickles, then add the finely chopped parsley and the mayonnaise mixed with the garlic. Mix thoroughly.

Step 8:
Shape the salad into a horseshoe on a flat plate. Carefully spread the grated cheese over the top. If you like, garnish with chopped parsley and sliced black olives. The Horseshoe salad is ready. Enjoy!
