Step 1:
Washed chicken fillet, put in a saucepan with boiling water, salt to taste and cook until tender. When the fillet cools down, cut it into cubes.
Step 2:
Dry the nuts in a frying pan for 2 minutes. Using a knife, chop the nuts into small pieces.
Step 3:
Cut the prunes into cubes.
Step 4:
Cucumbers are also cut into cubes.
Step 5:
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 6:
Finely chop the parsley with a knife
Step 7:
Combine chicken fillet, nuts, prunes and cucumbers in a salad bowl, add finely chopped parsley and mayonnaise with garlic. Mix thoroughly.
Step 8:
