Cooking method
Pour 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (preferably olive oil) into a saucepan with a thick bottom.
Pour 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds, warm up for 1 minute.
Add a finely chopped garlic clove, warm up for 1 minute (it is important that the garlic does not burn, otherwise it will be bitter)
Add 1 cup of rice (preferably ground basmati) and a pinch of salt. Mix everything, warm it up a little.
Pour 2 cups of boiling water. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to a minimum. Close the lid tightly and cook for 10 minutes.
Try fig. If it is ready, add fire and evaporate the remaining water.
