1. Put mascarpone cheese in a deep bowl.
2. Beat the mascarpone until fluffy and smooth.
3. Add a little condensed milk to the whipped cheese, whisk. Continue adding condensed milk in parts and whisk until the cream becomes the consistency you need.
4. Taste the cream and, if necessary, add powdered sugar. At the same stage, add vanilla. Whisk everything again.
