Cooking method
1. Using a blender, chop 1 banana, add orange juice.
2. We grind the cottage cheese through a sieve (you can also use a blender).
3. Mix the cottage cheese with banana puree, add zest and honey (we adjust the sweetness to taste).
4. In the bowl of a blender, grind the cookies into crumbs. In parts, we introduce the crumbs into the curd mass, we interfere. The mixture should be dense enough to form balls.
5. Cut the remaining banana into pieces and, forming balls, put the banana filling in the middle.
6. The finished balls are covered with cling film and cooled in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
7. Decorate the delicacy by rolling some of the balls in cocoa powder, and some in coconut chips.
8. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and pour it over the dessert.
