Pearl cutlets with meat

Cooking method
Boil the pearl barley until tender (add salt to the water). Mix chicken (or any other minced meat) with boiled pearl barley (drain the water from it). Chop the onion (you can take the green one), squeeze the garlic out of the garlic press, add everything to the minced meat. Add salt, pepper, and mix.
Form cutlets with wet hands, roll with breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil until cooked on both sides.
If desired, cutlets can be poured with sauce and put out the finished cutlets under the lid for 10-15 minutes.
The sauce is prepared as follows: mix mustard, sour cream and water. Pour the resulting mixture over the cutlets.
