First you need to prepare the stuffing (minced meat). To do this, chop the onion, finely rub the carrots and fry a little in light vegetable oil. Add diced bell pepper to the onion and carrot, add salt and paprika. If desired, you can add a little grated cheese to the filling. The resulting mixture is stuffed with raw, pre-washed squid, secure the edges with a thread or toothpick. Put the stuffed squid in a saucepan and cook for about three minutes.
