Cooking method
Marinade:2 tbsp vegetable oil+1 tbsp soy sauce+2 teeth. garlic, crushed with a pinch of salt + ground pepper to taste + finely chopped basil,
1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade.
2. Make cuts diagonally on the fillet, pour the marinade so that it gets into the cuts, and leave for 30 minutes. Turn it over several times.
